All prices listed on this website is inclusive of tax.
Our shipping rates
- Domestic shipping (Taiwan): Free shipping to one address per order.
- International shipping: varying rates according to country will show up on the checkout page. (Import tariff: upon entry, there might be additional tariff charged by local custom. This fee will be covered by the buyer.)
Shipping
- Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped by home delivery to your stated address and recipient. For safety reasons, we do not provide shipping to PO boxes.
- A notification will be sent before shipping all orders. If you should require an update to your shipping information or if there is any concern, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for orders that are not claimed in over three months.
Shipping Insurance
During shipping, we will underwrite your order until you or your appointed recipient signs.
