Prices & Rates

All prices listed on this website is inclusive of tax. 

Our shipping rates

  1. Domestic shipping (Taiwan): Free shipping to one address per order. 
  2. International shipping: varying rates according to country will show up on the checkout page. (Import tariff: upon entry, there might be additional tariff charged by local custom. This fee will be covered by the buyer.)

Shipping

  1. Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped by home delivery to your stated address and recipient. For safety reasons, we do not provide shipping to PO boxes.
  2. A notification will be sent before shipping all orders. If you should require an update to your shipping information or if there is any concern, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for orders that are not claimed in over three months.

Shipping Insurance 

During shipping, we will underwrite your order until you or your appointed recipient signs.

Delivery Time

  1. If your ordered item is in stock, we will ship your order in 3-5 business days (starting from the following day of your order.) If your ordered item is not in stock, you will be notified by phone or email. When your order is ready, you will receive another email with the tracking number of the package. 
  2. Shipping speeds for all orders, excluding the time it takes to handle and package the order, are based on carrier transit time, and will vary for different locations. 

Paid Cleaning Care & Repair 

Please contact us through the contact us form. Our professional team will assess your jewellery’s condition and provide appropriate service. Please note that you will have to cover all related fees, including but not limited to shipping, insurance, and packaging. We suggest using registered shipping and purchasing a shipping insurance.

Return Policy
Judy Chao Jewellery offers a free return service within 7 days of purchase only in Taiwan. To return any item, please call +886-2-2708-8698 to contact our customer service team, or fill in the contact us form. A gentle reminder to follow the instructions below for returned goods:

  • Our free return service should not be seen as a “trial period.” The returned goods must be in brand-new condition and have not been worn.
  • The seven-days starts from the day after receiving your order, including non-working days, based on the date of the receipt. 
  • All of our goods go through a strict quality control process before shipping. We check carefully that the main stone, inlaid matching stones, K gold, and clasps are all in pristine condition. Upon returning, please keep the original packaging intact, including the purchased goods, guarantee cards, accessories, gifts, invoices and related paper documents. If the seal/ label is broken, we cannot accept your return.
  • Customized orders are tailor-made; thus, all returns of such are not accepted. 
  • Please return the product as instructed by the customer service staff. Judy Chao Jewellery will bear the freight. 
  • We do not provide exchange services. If you have any concern, please contact us directly.
  • Refund: your refund will be processed within 15 days of your return in accordance with your original payment method. 
  • International orders: No return or exchange is provided currently for our international orders. However, we do accept case-by-case exceptions. If there is any concern, feel free to contact us.
